The Carphone Warehouse to Implement RedPrairie’s Execution Management to Increase Profit Margins

 

Mobile phone retailer will improve visibility into store level compliance and streamline communications

 

Milwaukee, WI – RedPrairie Corporation, a world leading consumer driven optimization company, announced today that The Carphone Warehouse is implementing RedPrairie’s Execution Management application to gain a single, chain-wide window into all aspects of store operations, including marketing, merchandising and promotions.  The mobile phone and services retailer operates 2,400 stores under The Carphone Warehouse banner in the UK, The Phone House in European markets and in the US market with partner Best Buy.

RedPrairie’s Execution Management will help The Carphone Warehouse improve visibility into store level compliance, streamline communication and gain strong financial benefit through:

·       Increasing vendor marketing sponsorship through better in-store compliance.

·       Increasing management visibility into store level activities for improved accountability.

·       Delivering “just-in-time” store associate training for improved product knowledge.

·       Automating planning, scheduling and execution of complex projects across the chain.
