Randall-Reilly buys three trucking publications from American Graphics Group

TUSCALOOSA, ALA. (May 16, 2008) – Randall-Reilly Publishing, the nation’s leading business-to-business media company serving the trucking and construction markets, today announced that it has acquired Driving Force, RPM for Truckers and Big Rig Owner magazines from American Graphics Group, Berne, Ind. AJ Lawler Partners advised American Graphics Group in the transaction. “These acquisitions are a perfect complement to our existing recruiting products,” says Mike Reilly, chairman, president and CEO, Randall-Reilly Publishing. “All three publications are respected within the recruiting arena for their success in helping carriers hire drivers and helping drivers find good-paying jobs,” he says. Randall-Reilly’s other driver recruitment properties include Changing Lanes, Owner-Operator/Company Driver, G3 and Trucker Pages, along with numerous recruiting websites. “We are excited about the growth opportunities that Randall-Reilly offers the AGG titles and believe that going forward, the synergies created by this transaction will be good for our talented staff and for the truck driver recruiting industry,” says Roger Muselman, CEO of American Graphics Group. Driving Force, RPM for Truckers and Big Rig Owner will have a combined circulation of 300,000 copies, distributed at more than 2,300 truck stop and travel center locations each month through Randall-Reilly’s Truck Stops Express distribution arm. Changing Lanes, Owner-Operator/Company Driver, G3 and Trucker Pages have a combined circulation of 300,000, bringing Randall-Reilly’s total recruitment circulation to 600,000 each month.
