Collective Data Welcomes Five New Clients in Record Second Quarter

Rising operating costs move diverse client base to adopt the collectiveFleet solution. North Liberty, Iowa – 15 July 2008 - Collective Data, Inc. a leading provider of integrated fleet information management solutions recently announced a new high for second quarter sales. The addition of five new clients including the following organizations; Railworks, Leasing Associates, Hercules Industries, Acme Refining and Lakewood Fire Department played a large role in Collective Data’s solid second quarter.
Railworks, a leading provider of track and transit systems construction services throughout North America, is headquartered out of New York City. Railworks will deploy collectiveFleet to help manage the maintenance needs of thousands of pieces of rolling stock and other assets throughout their organization.
Leasing Associates out of Houston, Texas will replace an existing system with collectiveFleet in order to provide a web based portal to their leasing clients. Hercules Industries of Denver, Colorado will use collectiveFleet to manage the preventative maintenance scheduling of its fleet of over 100 vehicles. Acme Refining, a large Midwest scrap company based in Chicago, Illinois will manage approximately 3000 pieces of motorized and non motorized equipment. The Lakewood, Washington Fire Department will manage the equipment and apparatuses located in their five area stations. collectiveFleet v5.2. is a software system that provides users with the ability to create equipment maintenance schedules manage inventory and fuel, create reports and collect data on the costs associated with the operation and maintenance on an organization’s fleet. This information is used by fleet managers to make informed decisions regarding equipment purchases and retirement, optimum inventory levels, staffing levels, service schedules and other decisions that affect processes and practices within the organization.
Other aspects of the system include warranty recapture and recall campaign management, fuel management and cost analysis, accident and claims management and additional functions associated with the day to day tasks of managing a fleet.
