ACS Expedited Solutions Signs Exclusive 10-Year Agreement
with Sapp Bros Travel Centers, Inc.
DALLAS, TEXAS: April 20, 2009 – Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (NYSE: ACS) today announced a 10-year extension to its exclusive agreement with Sapp Bros Travel Centers, Inc. for the placement of TripPak Truck Stop SCANNINGÒ services and TripPak EXPRESSÒ drop boxes at all participating Sapp Bros Travel Centers locations.
“This agreement demonstrates our continued commitment to drivers and carriers through our extensive Truck Stop Scanning and drop box network,” said Kelley Walkup, division vice president and general manager for ACS Expedited Solutions. “ACS continues to provide drivers and carriers with convenience in document delivery, creating a better bottom line for our customers.”
