Automotive Solutions LLC, a global distributor of automotive and truck air
conditioning parts and components introduces a new “green” and ecological
product to its line. This new “green initiative” promises to save thousands of
dollars and also protect our environment.
EcoTecPower or ETP as the product is known, is the result of 20 years of
research ending up with a Nobel Prize winning technology to extend battery life 2
to 3 times! ETP is an organic polymer, which is safe and easy to use, ecologically
friendly, harmless to personnel, 100% non-toxic and biodegradable.
Over 80% of the batteries being used today are lead-acid batteries. These lead-
acid batteries are used daily by fork-lifts, buses, agricultural machinery, golf
carts, construction equipment, trucks, automobiles, boats, recreational vehicles,
utility vehicles, medical equipment, warehousing equipment, emergency vehicles,
military equipment, solar back up and much more.
During the first year the battery begins to loose state of charge. And, and in 3 to
5 years these lead-acid batteries usually die (zero state of charge). These dead
batteries are then recycled, sent to land-fills or incinerated; creating a grave
condition for our environment. Many of these batteries are illegally dumped.
Needless to say, all these chemicals, pollutants, acid and lead are very harmful
to our environment.
“I could not believe it” said, Jorge Vivar, owner of Automotive Solutions. “I was
skeptical when I heard of the product and its capabilities” said, Vivar.
In addition to being “green”, ETP can treat and extend the life of lead-acid
batteries for approximately 15% of the cost of a new battery. A fork-lift
battery, for instance, may cost around $5,000. An expense incurred every three
to five years, if the fork-lift is to operate at continued optimum performance.
EcoTecPower will extend the life and performance of lead-acid batteries when
treated with ETP.
Rick Kleintop, Chief Engineer for EcoTecPower said, “Sulfation is 80% the
cause of lead-acid batteries failures”. Kleintop has overseen testing upon testing
of ETP. The results show that in nearly 100% of the instances, ETP can and
does rejuvenate nearly dead batteries, barring physical damage, and bring it to
85% – 90% capacity of a new battery. Sulfation begins to deteriorate lead-acid
batteries from day one. Sulfation is like Cholesterol, attaching to the plates or
electrodes, not allowing conductivity and reducing battery power and charge as
the battery begins to deteriorate.
EcoTecPower dissolves the “plaque” or sulfation from the plates to permit better
current among the lead plates or electrodes inside the battery. If not treated, with
time, this sulfation hardens and grows not allowing conductivity.
EcoTecPower also claims to reduce big battery charging rooms and the
expense that go with them. EcoTecPower stands behind the life and
performance of lead-acid batteries when treated with ETP.
“In a perfect world, ETP can reduce by 50% the disposal (incinerated or land-
filled) of lead-acid batteries which harm our environment, added E.J. White,
National Sales Manager for EcoTecPower.
The excitement with ETP is that it not only helps the environment today, but it
also starts saving you money today! Automotive Solutions is excited to provide
savings to both, our customers and to our ecological system so our future
generations can enjoy a clean eco-system.
Automotive Solutions has been “green” for years. “With our compressor
remanufacturing operation, we have been promoting the “green”
concept for several years. Now, with ETP, we continue in the same tradition of
offering great savings to our customers and helping the environment, too!” said
Vivar.
Automotive Solutions is the exclusive distributor of ETP in North America, Mexico
and The Caribbean. In addition to serving its local market, Automotive
Solutions will establish distributorships throughout the USA and its other
marketing territories.
