Transport Labor Contract/Leasing Inc. (TLC) is partnering with Open Road Drivers Plan® to provide drivers of TLC Companies with legal services for traffic-related incidents. Open Road Drivers Plan provides drivers and their spouses with access to local legal services across the United States and Canada in the case of an accident, moving or non-moving violation.

TLC provides human resources and compliance programs to trucking companies nationwide. According to the agreement, the Open Road Drivers Plan will be made available to drivers at participating TLC-contracted companies through payroll deduction.
